How to cancel
Cancel any time, no phone call required. In the Graddly app: Profile → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription. Your Plus features remain active until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for; after that, your account drops to Free automatically.
You don't need to delete your account to cancel, your child's history, reports, and weekly summaries are preserved on the Free tier (subject to its limits).
First-payment refunds
If you're not happy with Graddly Plus in your first week, we'll refund the first payment, no questions asked. Send a written request to hello@graddly.com within 7 days of your first payment. Include the email address on your account and we'll take care of the rest.
Renewal charges
Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has started. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date. You can see your next renewal date in Profile → Manage subscription.
If you cancel after a renewal has gone through and you have specific extenuating circumstances (e.g. accidental renewal, lost access to your account), write to hello@graddly.com and we'll review case-by-case. We try to be reasonable.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) via PayU, our payment partner. Banks typically take 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We'll email you a confirmation when the refund is initiated.
