By creating a Graddly account or using the Graddly app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Graddly. We've tried to keep this short and human.
Who can use Graddly
Graddly is intended for parents or legal guardians aged 18 or older, resident in India, of children enrolled in CBSE, ICSE, or comparable Indian K–12 schools. The account holder must be an adult acting on behalf of their own child or a child for whom they are the lawful guardian. Children should not create or operate Graddly accounts.
What we provide
Graddly is a software service that helps parents understand their child's learning. We currently offer:
- Page analysis, you upload a photo of a worksheet, notebook page, or test, and we return a plain-language reading of it.
- Practice tests, short, curriculum-aware practice sets your child can attempt.
- Weekly reports, a short summary of the week's work, with one or two suggestions to act on.
An aid, not authority
Graddly is a learning aid, not an authority. Our analysis is computer-generated and may be wrong. It is not a substitute for your child's teacher, school report card, or any formal assessment. Do not use Graddly to make consequential decisions about your child's education without independent verification.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of anyone's work without their (or, for a minor, their parent's) permission.
- Upload content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or violates someone else's rights.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the Graddly service.
- Use Graddly to build a competing service, or to train another machine-learning model.
- Share or sell your account access to others.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Graddly Plus is offered as a recurring subscription, billed monthly (₹299) or annually (₹2,999). Payments are processed by PayU. By subscribing, you authorise PayU and Graddly to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from Profile → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep Plus features until then. For refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The Graddly app, brand, design, and content are owned by Mamps Ventures Private Limited. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your family's own learning purposes.
You retain all rights to photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you (e.g. generating an analysis, storing your weekly history). We do not use your child's data to train models.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time via Profile → Delete account. On termination, we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & liability
Graddly is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that the analysis is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Graddly is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we make material changes we'll notify you in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
