Nature of service
Graddly is a digital service, accessed via the Graddly mobile application on Android and iOS. There are no physical components, shipments, or deliverables.
When access begins
Upon successful payment confirmation, access to Graddly Plus is enabled instantly on the account that initiated the purchase. There is no waiting period, no manual fulfilment, and no physical dispatch. If your payment succeeds but Plus features are not unlocked within 5 minutes, please contact hello@graddly.com with your transaction reference.
No physical goods
Graddly does not ship any physical goods. We do not offer printed reports, devices, certificates, or any tangible item that requires courier or postal delivery.
Service availability
Graddly is currently available only to users resident in India. Subscriptions are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through PayU India. Sign-ups and purchases from outside India are not supported at this time.
